What is Ruler?

RULER is the current SEL curriculum taught at Castle Dale Elementary. RULER is an evidence-based approach to social and emotional learning (SEL) developed at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.  RULER is for each individual, classroom, school, community and family.
